I was pleased to be included as one of the top 200 List of Global CX (Customer Experience) Influencers for 2023. See the list here.
In fairness, it is in the bottom half of the table but well above the Relegation Zone (in football speak), and to be honest I haven’t been too active on the CX front during 2022 / 23. But I have written and spoke quite a bit about ‘the citizen’ in the context of the public sector, and there’s some inevitable overlap in thinking.
In this charging world of data, analytics and AI, we overlook the Customer (or Citizen) experience at our peril. Analytics helps provide actionable insight which can help improve service. In a public sector context, this means providing better service to the most disadvantaged in our community.
But – that aside – ‘thank you’ to Engati – it’s nice to be remembered.
